Good question isn’t it? and if there was once solution I am sure everybody would do the same thing. But the truth is there is no magic solution, no quick fix to cure panic attacks. Everybody who suffers from panic attacks is different, therefore every solution is different.
Some people find medication helps. Others don’t. Some people find therapy works. Others don’t. Some people find relaxation techniques work. Others don’t. I could go on a on.
Learning how to stop panic attacks is a journey. You will find many answers but I think it is really important to find something that fits in with your life. Find a method that works for you and stick with it. Give it a chance. some people swear by Yoga or breathing techniques, both of which are excellent as a resource to cure panic attacks. but you need to remember that they won’t work straight away. They will take a little time to perfect, but if you stick with it and master the techniques you will undoubtedly see some fantastic results.
