Are you aware how the people in the urban areas manage their stress in comparison to the rural area? I, myself, can distinguish between the two. I was born in the metro area and I am used to the lifestyle they have. You can see many tall buildings, noisy streets, busy people walking around the city, heavy traffic, etc.
These are all the things you find everyday in the city. Because of our revolving world and the improving technologies, we are capable of becoming stressful everyday. This kind of environment would only give you stress.

The only difference is in the way urban and rural people react to stress. Due to the advantages one has in the urban areas (education, rational thinking), people is not cut off from reality easily but their reaction is that of anxiety and panic.”
For those people living in urban areas who want to relax from all those stress related things they meet every day, there are lots of tips on how to manage your stress. “Relax, stretch and meditate” This is one of the ways to release stress as stated by Mishra and this is proven effective to everybody.
Meditation techniques for beginners are for those haven’t yet tried doing meditation; this could be helpful for them. For many who don’t know exactly what is the purpose of meditation, it’s actually a technique for calming your mind and trying not to think of anything. Set a separate time in your busy lives and allow this technique to bring you a stress-free life. You just have to schedule meditation for 20-30 minutes each day before you start doing all of your daily activities.
Since urban areas are certainly noisy and crowded environment, try to find a location faraway from those noise that you would feel completely comfortable. Then, have a sit with the place you are most comfortable. Then, breathe in and out slowly. Your mission is to attempt not to think of anything. If this isn’t ideal for you, having music on meditation will help you to relax.
Every day life is different in the urban area as compared to the rural area. Because of the peaceful environment in the rural areas, people there are most likely not experiencing stress. But for some people in the rural areas who think of many things in life and might want to relax their minds, there are many meditation techniques for beginners that are ideal for them.
Stress is something that we have to handle in our lives; it does not matter if you are living in the urban area or in the rural area. Stress is something that hinders us to complete all the activities we have every day. As a person, we have to rest our minds and bodies from the busy lifestyle we have. We deserve to have a happy life without being stress.
